CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 944 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II, CHAPTER 13, SECTION <br /> 2-20.08(c)(3) (PHASED PROJECTS) OF THE RESIDENTIAL <br /> ALLOCATION PROGRAM BY MODIFYING THE SAID SECTION <br /> INCREASING THE NUMBER OF UNITS IN A MULTI-YEAR <br /> PROJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF 250 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Section 2-20.08(c)(3) (Phased Projects) of Section <br /> 2-20.08 (Eligibility Requirements for Projects Requiring <br /> Residential Allocation Program Approval), Chapter 13 <br /> (Residential Allocation Program) of Title II (Zoning <br /> and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City <br /> of Pleasanton is hereby amended in its entirety to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(3) At no time shall the number of units in approved <br /> multi-year projects exceed two hundred and fifty (250) <br /> units" <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br /> of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on September 23, 1980. <br /> <br /> ADPOTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on October 14, 1980 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES:Councilmembers -.
