drive-through carwash facility is in compliance with the application submitted, all <br /> conditions imposed, and all provisions of Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code (Noise Ordinance). <br /> 5. The proposed "shoe box" style building-mounted lights are not approved and the <br /> applicant shall install decorative lights that are complementary to the <br /> convenience market/carwash building. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, <br /> the applicant shall provide manufacturer's specification sheets for the building- <br /> mounted lights to the Director of Community Department for review and approval. <br /> 6. The tile roof of the proposed convenience market/carwash building shall match <br /> the color, shape, and style of the tiles on the existing gas station canopy. Prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall provide a sample to the Director <br /> of Community Development for review and approval. <br /> 7. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall provide detail of <br /> the two vacuums located next to the parking spaces, including design, noise <br /> levels, hours of operations, etc. to the Director of Community Development for <br /> review and approval. <br /> 8. Water conservation devices shall be installed as part of the project. The water <br /> conservation devices shall be stated on the plans submitted for the issuance of a <br /> Building Permit. <br /> 9. Energy efficient lighting shall be installed within the convenience store. The <br /> energy efficient lighting shall be shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of <br /> a building permit. <br /> 10.The construction plan sets submitted for issuance of a building permit shall show <br /> that a minimum of one trash receptacle and one recycling receptacle will be <br /> placed in the front of the store. The design and location of the receptacles are <br /> subject to review and approval by the Director of Community Development. <br /> 11.No temporary or permanent signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br /> signage shall be subject to separate City Sign Design Review approval. <br /> 12.AII exterior lighting including landscape lighting shall be directed downward and <br /> designed or shielded so as to not cause glare or shine onto neighboring <br /> properties. The project/building developer shall submit a final lighting plan with <br /> the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for permits, including <br /> drawings and/or manufacturer's specification sheets showing the intensity, size, <br /> design, and types of light fixtures proposed for the exterior of the buildings and, if <br /> applicable, for the site. <br /> 13.AII trash and refuse shall be contained completely within the trash enclosure. <br /> Trash containers shall be stored within the trash enclosure at all times except <br /> PUD-102 3192 Santa Rita Road <br /> Conditions of Approval Page 2 <br />
