From: kathferreira(dlrnmcast net
To: Eric Luchini
Subject: P14-0970/P14-1173,Young Ivy Academy
Date: Tuesday,November 11,2014 2:58:53 PM
Hi Eric,
I am forwarding in separate emails two photos which show two Young Ivy Academy
buses parked in the Oak Hills Shopping Center on Saturday, November 8. As you
can see, the buses take up eight parking spaces. I believe that these vehicles
should only be parked in the area behind the shopping center in which the play area
is being proposed. Perhaps, this could be a condition of approval for the Conditional
Use Permit.
Because of the design and circulation plan of the Oak Hills Shopping Center parking
lot, the parking of these large vehicles add to the congestion and create visual
barriers. I concur with staffs recommendation to approve the revised conditional use
permit and to deny the design review for the play area.
Thank you,
Katherine Ferreira
Click here to report this email as Spain.
