With the approval of PUD-96-13-02M, the Chick-fil-A restaurant site and <br /> development shall be made a part of the Pleasanton Square II PUD (5225-6015 <br /> Johnson Drive) and subject to all of its conditions of approval except as modified <br /> by PUD-100. <br /> 2. Except as modified by this PUD modification, all conditions of Cases PUD-96-13 <br /> through PUD-96-13-01M, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
