<br /> the general northerly and general southwesterly boundary lines of last said
<br /> territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to an angle point in said general
<br /> suuttwesterly boundary line on the general northeasterly right-of-way line of State
<br /> Highway 04 ALA 680 (formerly State Highway, District IV, ALA, Route 107, Section B),
<br /> commonly known as Foothill Road, said angle point also being the southwesterly
<br /> terminus of that certain course designated "S. 66° 24' 22" W. , 21.65 feet" in the
<br /> description of that certain parcel of land conveyed by EMMA N. FREDERIKSEN and
<br /> ARTHUR FREDERTKSEN, wife and husband, to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, by deed recorded
<br /> December 29, 1954, in Book 7522 of Official Records at page 559 (AJ 118447) , Records
<br /> of Alameda County, California; thence leaving said general southwesterly boundary
<br /> line southwesterly in a direct line to the southwesterly terminus of that certain
<br /> course designated "S. 66° 24' 22" W. , 19.89 feet" in the description of that certain
<br /> parcel of land designated "PARCEL I" and conveyed by HAROLD W. KOLB AND ELSIE
<br /> KOLB, husband and wife, to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, by deed recorded June 14, 1955,
<br /> in Book 7689 of Official Records at page 301 (AK 63509), Records of Alameda County,
<br /> California, last said terminus also being a point on the general southwesterly
<br /> right-of-way line of said State Highway 04 'ALA 680; thence leaving last said
<br /> terminus in a general northwesterly direction along the general southwesterly line
<br /> of said "PARCEL I" , said southwesterly line also being the general southwesterly
<br /> right-of-way line of State Highway 04 ALA 680, to an intersection thereof with the
<br /> southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by JOSEPH M. MARTIN,
<br /> also known as Joseph Martin, and MARY MARTIN, husband and wife, to the STATE OF
<br /> CALIFORNIA, by deed recorded August 8, 1955, in Book 7744 of Official Records at
<br /> page 205 (AK 84883), Records of Alameda County, California; thence northwesterly
<br /> along said southwesterly line to an intersection thereof with the general north-
