EXHIBIT "A" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 48 <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of County <br /> Road No. 1528, as amended by County Survey No. 1533, commonly known as Santa Rita <br /> Road, 74.00 feet in width including County Road No. 2515, also commonly known as <br /> Santa Rita Road, 8.00 feet in width, with the direct extension westerly of the <br /> northerly line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed by Bank of <br /> America National Trust and Savings Association, as executor of the Last Will and <br /> Testament of Joseph M. Rose, Jr. , Aliases, deceased, to William E: Rose and Mae L. <br /> Rose, his wife, dated June 20, 1955, recorded July 11, 1955, in Book 7716 of Official <br /> Records at page 257 (AR 73810), Records of Alameda County, California, said inter- <br /> section also being an angle point on the general westerly boundary line of that <br /> certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 379, adopted <br /> January 20, 1964, a map of which was filed March 5, 1964, in Map Book 43 at page <br /> 40A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California and running thence easterly, <br /> southerly, and westerly along said general westerly boundary line to an intersection <br /> thereof with the aforesaid westerly right-of-way line; thence leaving said general <br /> westerly boundary line northerly along said westerly right-of-way line to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> 4-12-66 <br />
