Halverson and Leontine Halverson (his wife) by deed recorded May 4, 1953, in Book 7018 of Official Records at page 315 (AH-39153) Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving said northerly boundary line northerly and westerly along said general westerly line to an intersection thereof with the general easterly line of that certain parcel of land designated "PARCEL 2" and conveyed by Karl F. Will and Ester Will, his wife, to William R.
