The project site is located within the future (2025) 70 A- weighted decibels (dBA) on the day -night equivalent level (Ldn) noise contour as indicated in the 2005 — 2025 Pleasanton General Plan. This noise level is considered to be "Conditionally Acceptable" for "Office Buildings, Business Commercial, and Professional" land uses according to the Pleasanton General Plan. With respect to potential noise impacts generated by the proposed project, the City's Noise Ordinance (Chapter 9.04 of Pleasanton Municipal Code) does not allow any person to produce any noise or allow any noise to be produced 37
