3. Find that the proposed PUD zoning /rezoning and Development Plan and PUD Major <br />Modification are consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance; <br />4. Make the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in the staff report; and <br />5.
