In the event of discovery or recognition of any human <br />remains in any on -site location, there shall be no further excavation or <br />disturbance of the site or any nearby area reasonably suspected to overlie <br />adjacent remains until the County coroner has determined, in accordance <br />with any law concerning investigation of the circumstances, the manner and <br />cause of death and has made recommendations concerning treatment and <br />dispositions of the human remains to the person responsible for the <br />excavation, or to his /her authorized representative. A similar note shall <br />appear on the improvement plans. <br />Planning <br />56. The PUD development plan approval shall lapse two years from the effective <br />date of this ordinance unless a building permit is issued and construction has <br />commenced and is diligently pursued, or the City has approved a time <br />extension. <br />57. The proposed development shall conform substantially to the project <br />submittal, Exhibit B, dated "Received, October 2, 2014," including the <br />following on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the <br />conditions: <br />o Project written narrative <br />o Project Plans (site plan; civil plans — preliminary grading, drainage, and <br />utility; floor plans; elevations; trash enclosure; roof plan; preliminary <br />landscape and irrigation; and, photometric plan) <br />o CalTrans Deed /easement <br />o Traffic Impact Analysis by Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc. <br />o Arborist Report by Arbor Resources, dated March 11, 2013 <br />o Health Risk Screening by FirstCarbon Solutions dated October 14, 2013 <br />o Climate Action Plan (CAP) Checklist <br />o Color /Material Board <br />Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the <br />Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial conformance to <br />the approved exhibits. <br />58. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall pay the required <br />commercial development school impact fee as prescribed by State law and as <br />adopted by the Pleasanton Unified School District. <br />59.
