THE CITY OF <br />pLEASANTONO <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />December 2, 2014 <br />Administrative Services <br />TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2015 CALENDAR YEAR CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br />SUMMARY <br />In recent years, the City Council adopted the practice of not scheduling Council <br />meetings that occur near holidays and on day of the City General Municipal Election, as <br />well as two meetings during the summer months to accommodate family vacations. <br />Setting a meeting schedule for the 2015 calendar year will assist in managing City <br />Council meeting agendas. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the proposed Resolution setting the 2015 calendar year City Council meeting <br />schedule. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Submitted b <br />Karen Diaz <br />City Clerk <br />Attachment: <br />1.
