pLi�Sf4NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />1 <br />December 2, 2012 <br />Administrative Services <br />TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 4, 2014 <br />SUMMARY <br />A General Municipal Election was held on November 4, 2014 for the purpose of electing <br />a Mayor and two members of the City Council. The City consolidated its election with <br />the State General Election and contracted with Alameda County Registrar of Voters to <br />canvass the returns. The Registrar of Voters has completed the official canvass and has <br />provided the City with a Statement of the Results of all votes cast for each of the <br />candidates. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the Resolution Reciting the Fact of the General Municipal Election held on <br />November 4, 2014, declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Submitted by: Approved <br />Karen Diaz <br />City Clerk <br />Attachment: <br />1.
