CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 942 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO "HARDWARE STORES" AMENDING <br /> SUBSECTION 2-7.08(a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses), <br /> ARTICLE 8 ("C" Commercial Districts), CHAPTER 2 (Zoning), <br /> TITLE II (Zoning and Development) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Subsection 2-7.08(a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses), <br /> Article 8 ("C" Commercial Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br /> of the City of Pleasanton is amended by indicating the <br /> use category "Hardware Stores" as a conditional use in the <br /> C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District as follows: <br /> <br /> CR(m) CR(p) CN CC CS CF CA <br /> <br /> Hardward stores P P C P P - - <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br /> of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on August 26, 1980. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 16, 1980 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None ~/'R 'MAY~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br /> , .~e,. i <br /> .- ..:..~ , I . ~ KENNETH R.
