SECTION 1. The Negative Declaration for the application of Michael <br /> Roesbery/MD Roesbery Inc. for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of an <br /> approximately 0.78-acre site at 3192 Santa Rita Road from the Neighborhood <br /> Commercial (C-N) District to the Planned Unit Development — Commercial (PUD-C) <br /> District, and for PUD development plan (PUD-102) to convert the existing automobile <br /> service building to a convenience market and a drive-through carwash facility, and <br /> related site improvements, is approved. <br /> SECTION 2.
