Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. This item was continued from the October 22, 2014 meeting. Action recommended: Approval for the Heritage School and denial for the outdoor playground Action taken: Approved the Conditional Use Permit for the Heritage School and denied the Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the outdoor playground, per staff recommendation.
