Elevations <br /> The proposed convenience market is a two-toned stucco building with stone veneer <br /> wainscoting and a tile roof. A tower element would be located on the west side of the <br /> building, defining the main entrance. The body of the building would be stucco with colors <br /> of very light cream and very light brown. The main roof would be mansard style with a <br /> hipped roof over the tower element. The building would be 17 feet 3 inches in height as <br /> measured at the top of the mansard roof and approximately 24 feet in height as measured <br /> at the top of the tower element roof. The convenience market would have wall-mounted 7- <br /> Eleven signs on the north and west elevations. A total of 17 trees were <br /> surveyed: six are located on the subject site, two are street trees, and nine are located on the <br /> adjoining properties to the south and east. Three of the existing six trees on the site are <br /> proposed to be removed as a part of this project. Among the three trees, two are heritage- <br /> sized redwood trees. and a non heritage-sized tulip tree. The arborist report indicates the tulip <br /> tree is dying and recommended removal. The arborist report indicates that one coast redwood <br /> tree to be removed (identified as tree number 9) is valued at $3,040, the other coast redwood <br /> tree to be removed (identified as tree number 10) is valued at $2,050. <br /> PUD-102/P14-0014 Planning Commission <br /> Page 10 of 26 <br />
