A drive thru car wash <br /> consumes 12 gallons of water per wash because the water is recycled on site, whereas the average <br /> home car wash consumes 45 gallons of water. <br /> To mitigate the noise at the car wash exit on the south end of the building,an eight foot high stucco <br /> sound wall will be constructed in order to bring the drying blower sound emission within City ordinance <br /> range. <br /> A door at the car wash exit was considered and studied.
