<br /> The two short-term, ten-minute, noise measurements were made on Monday, November 25,
<br /> 2013. Measurement site for ST-1 was in the northeast corner of the project site on the eastern
<br /> property line, approximately 85 feet from the entrance of the proposed carwash and
<br /> approximately 53 feet from the centerline of eastbound West Las Positas Boulevard. ST-2 was
<br /> located on the southern property line of the project site, approximately 100 feet southwest of the
<br /> exit to the proposed carwash and approximately 95 feet east of the centerline of the nearest
<br /> through lane of Santa Rita Road northbound. Table 3 summarizes the results of both short-term
<br /> measurements.
