Section 3. Approves Case PUD-102, the application of Michael Roesbery/MD <br /> Roesbery, Inc., for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of an approximately <br /> 0.78-acre site at 3192 Santa Rita Road from Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) District to <br /> Planned Unit Development — Commercial (PUD-C) District, and for PUD development <br /> plan (PUD-102) to convert the existing automobile service building to a convenience <br /> market and a drive-through carwash facility, and related site improvements, subject to <br /> the conditions as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this ordinance <br /> by this reference. <br /> Section 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's Office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 5.
