Approve the Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery Master Plan <br /> Ms. Yurchak noted that in May 2013 City Council adopted its two-year Work Plan that included <br /> the development of the Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery Master Plan. In January 2014 the <br /> Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery Master Plan Oversight Committee and staff began working with <br /> PGAdesign, Inc. and CPRA Studios, Inc, to develop the Master Plan. The Plan has recently <br /> been completed and the Committee is now recommending the Master Plan be reviewed for <br /> approval. <br /> PGAdesign consultant, Chris Pattillo, reviewed the following with the Commission: <br /> • History <br /> • Existing Conditions <br /> • Vision Statement <br /> • Site Master Plan Concept <br /> • Business Plan Framework and Construction Cost Estimate <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> October 9, 2014 <br /> Page 4 <br />
