CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> AIJ_MEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 940 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING 4.4 ACRE SITE OWNED BY DENNAN <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br /> FAIRLANDS DRIVE IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF WEST LAS <br /> POSITAS BOULEVARD FROM R-1-6500 (Single-Family <br /> Residential) TO PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> AND APPROVING THE DEVELOP}~NT PLAN FOR A 35-UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX PUD-80-7 ON THE <br /> REZONED SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dennan Construction Company applied to the Planning <br /> Commission to have a 4.4 acre site on the east side <br /> of Fairlands Drive immediately north of West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard rezoned; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study and after <br /> a public hearing on August 13, 1980, the Planning <br /> Commission approved the rezoning of the above-described <br /> property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dennan Construction Company at the same time applied <br /> for approval of a 35-unit development condominium <br /> complex, PUD-80-7, on the rezoned site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br /> adopted Resolution No. 1898 approving the development <br /> with exceptions as indicated on that resolution. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS; <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of a 4.4 acre site owned by <br /> Dennan Construction company located on the east side <br /> of Fairlands Drive immediately north of West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard from R-1-650 (Single-Family Residential) <br /> to PUD (Planned Unit Development). (Zoning Unit Map J~210) <br /> Section 2: Approves development plan PUD-80-7, which is a 35-unit <br /> condominium complex, subject to the conditions enumerated <br /> in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1898, incorporated <br /> by reference herein. (Said conditions are available for <br /> inspection at the Planning Department of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California.) <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br /> of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
