Allen, <br /> his wife, have tendered delivery of a Grant flood conveying to <br /> the Town of Pleasanton, a California Municipal Corporation, <br /> an Easement and Right of Vag for the construction, repair, <br /> replacement, maintenance and use of severs and dater mains, and <br /> a ditch for drainage purposes, in the real property hereinafter <br /> described; and <br /> WHEREAS it is for the host interests of the Town of <br /> Pleasanton to accept delivery of said need ; <br /> NOV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that delivery of <br /> said Deed is hereby accepted by the Town of Pleasanton. Said <br /> real property is described as follows, to wit : <br /> All that real property situated in the Township of <br /> Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, <br /> described as follows : <br /> A portion of Plot 1 and a portion of :an unnumbered <br /> plot, adjoining said Plot 1 on the northwest , as <br /> shown on the s't3ap of the Pleasanton llomesteads° . <br /> filed March 7 , 1885 in Bonk 6 of Maps , at page 30, <br /> in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda <br /> County, hounded as follows : <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br /> northern line of Vineyard Avenue, as said avenue <br /> is shown on said map, with the eastern boundary <br /> lino of said Plot 1 ; running thence along the said <br /> lino of Vineyard Avenue north 88° 00 ' west 309.,54 <br /> feet to the southeastern corner of that certain <br /> parcel ,f land described in deed from Francisco <br /> Luis to Edward E.
