Allen, <br /> his wife, have tendered delivery of a Grant flood conveying to <br /> the Town of Pleasanton, a California Municipal Corporation, <br /> an Easement and Right of Vag for the construction, repair, <br /> replacement, maintenance and use of severs and dater mains, and <br /> a ditch for drainage purposes, in the real property hereinafter <br /> described; and <br /> WHEREAS it is for the host interests of the Town of <br /> Pleasanton to accept delivery of said need ; <br /> NOV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that delivery of <br /> said Deed is hereby accepted by the Town of Pleasanton.
