T0~,'~ OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1699 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the ~ouncil of the Town of ?leasanton <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> That the Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton be and he is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to establish and set up upon the <br />records of the To~m of Pleasanton, a fund to be knoum as tho "Library <br />Fund". That there shall be paid into said fund such sums as may <br />be levied by the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton in fixing <br />the tax rate for any fiscal year, and such other s~s as _'~ay be <br />transferred i~to said fund from other funds of the Town of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Introduced at a special ~eetin~ of the Council of the <br /> <br />Town of Pleasanton, held on the lltl~day of <br /> <br />1939, by Councilman <br /> <br />motion made by Councilman <br />Councilman Trimingham <br /> <br />following votes: <br /> <br /> September, <br /> <br /> , and upon <br /> <br />, seconded by <br />was passed and adooted by the <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen: Rivolta, Trimingham, Brenner, Madse~, and Orloff. <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br /> <br />
