RESOLUTION NO. 1697 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOL~ED by the Council of the Town of pleasanton <br />that the Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Pleasanton are here- <br />by authorized and empowered to accept the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY <br />and 82/100 DOLLARS in full payment and satisfaction of all delinquent <br />taxes levied and assessed upon the property located at the inter- <br />section of the I~rtherly line of Rose tvenue and the f]asterly line <br />of the right of way of the Western pacific Railroad Company, assessed <br /> <br />to L. CORITELIUS, <br />clusive, and it <br />full payment of <br /> <br />and others, for the years 1930-31 to 1938-39, in- <br />is hereby agreed that said amount be accepted in <br />said taxes. <br /> <br /> Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />Town of Pleasanton, held on the 1st ~donday of August, 1939, by <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Madsen <br /> <br />Councilmen ...~[adsen, Rivolta, <br /> <br />ATES: <br /> <br /> , and upon motion of Councilman <br /> , seconded by Councilman Brenner <br /> <br />, was adopted by the following votes: <br /> <br /> Brermer, and 0rloff. <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmen None. <br /> <br />ABSEI\~: CounciLman: Trimingham <br /> <br />~,ia~or of the leasant?n <br /> <br /> <br />
