RESOLUTION NO. 1697 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOL~ED by the Council of the Town of pleasanton <br />that the Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Pleasanton are here- <br />by authorized and empowered to accept the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY <br />and 82/100 DOLLARS in full payment and satisfaction of all delinquent <br />taxes levied and assessed upon the property located at the inter- <br />section of the I~rtherly line of Rose tvenue and the f]asterly line <br />of the right of way of the Western pacific Railroad Company, assessed <br /> <br />to L.
