CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINA~NCE NO. 938 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR GOLDEN GATE RACQUETBALL COURTS, PUD-80-6,0N A 1.23 ACRE SITE LOCATED BETWEEN HOPYARD ROAD AND OLD HOPYARD ROAD. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton approved PUD-79-6 (.Henry Cuppies) by Ordinance 903 adopted on September 18, 1979; and WHEREAS, PUD-79-6 established commercial uses that may be developed on the 6.1 acre site located at the south- east corner of 1-580 and Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, Golden Gate Racquetball Courts have submitted as PUD-80-6 a proposed development plan for a 1.23 acre site between Hopyard Road and Old Hopyard Road within the area zoned by PUD-79-6; and WHEREAS, said proposal is consistent with the provisions of PUD zoning. THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves development plan PUD-80-6 subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. (Said conditions are available for inspection at the Planning Department of the City of Pleasanton, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California.) Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 12, 1980.
