W~REAS~First Supplemental Nemorandum ~ Agreement has been pmresented to be entered into with the State of California in accord- ance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 ce~t gas tax for the fiscal year 1939 allocated for Streets of ~jor Import- ance other than State highways in the City of Pleasanton, and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read and said ~greemen~ in full and is familiar with the contents t~ereof, THE.REFOi~E, be it resolved by the City Council ~ the City of Pleasanton that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for Streets of Najor Importance other than State highways, and said Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the ~yor and ~ity Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said Agreement to be binding upon the City upon [ts execution by the authorized officials of the State.
