Division before the first framing inspection by the Building and Safety <br /> Division. <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 101. The licensed Civil Engineer shall provide storm water calculations for extension <br /> of storm water system shared by all three lots. These calculations are subject to <br /> review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 102. The project developer's consultant shall provide AS BUILTS of the project <br /> improvement plans in AutoCAD and PDF format for City use. <br /> 103. The proposed fire service shall have Double Check Detector Check valve <br /> installed within Public Service Easement as per City Standard Detail. <br /> 104. The proposed domestic water meter and irrigation meter shall have Reduced <br /> Pressure Backflow Device installed within Public Service Easement as City <br /> Standard Detail. <br /> 105. The licensed Civil Engineer shall provide pavement design calculations for all <br /> Emergency Vehicle Access Areas, Water Line Easement Areas, and Sanitary <br /> Sewer Easement Areas. It should be capable of all-weather access for fire truck <br /> loading and maintenance vehicle loading whichever is greater. <br /> 106. All work within existing PG&E and Zone 7 easements shall be reviewed and <br /> approved in writing by authorized representative to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 107. The project developer shall extend curb, gutter, and a six foot separated sidewalk <br /> from the northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and El Charro Road, along west <br /> side of El Charro road, in northerly direction, up to northerly project limit, in close <br /> proximity to the eastbound 1-580 off-ramp. The exact location of the <br /> improvements of curb, gutter, and sidewalk shall be to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Traffic Engineer and the City Engineer. If required by the City Traffic Engineer <br /> and City Engineer, the sidewalk shall be closed with a pedestrian barricade, and <br /> notification of the termination of the sidewalk shall be installed at the intersection <br /> of Stoneridge Drive and El Charro Road to provide sufficient warning to <br /> pedestrians of the end of the sidewalk. The landscaping and irrigation along <br /> west side of El Charro Road, fronting the property shall be as required by the <br /> Director of Community Development. This condition may be deferred until such <br /> time as the remainder of the Auto Mall site is developed, or until such time the <br /> City may require it. If the project developer chooses to defer the condition as <br /> allowed herein, prior to issuance of building permit the developer must provide a <br /> cash deposit or a surety bond equal to 125% of the cost of the deferred <br /> construction, as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> Urban Stormwater <br /> PUD-106, Chrylser-Jeep-Dodge Page 22 <br />
