Review and provide feedback on vision and mission statements, and business plan <br /> objectives (e.g. short- and long-term) <br /> • Should the City and the District successfully negotiate agreements related to <br /> integrating Castleridge and Austin properties into the planning process, review <br /> outcomes of negotiated agreements <br /> Public Process Summary <br /> In addition to planned Task Force activities and meetings, there will be opportunities for <br /> public input, including surveys and discussions with stakeholders. Some of this process <br /> includes: <br /> • Online Community Opinion Survey: The purpose of the survey will be to assess the <br /> Pleasanton audience, profile their participation in environmental education and <br /> cultural history activities and determine their needs and preferences. <br /> • Stakeholder Input Meetings: Focus group meetings with selected stakeholders <br /> such as key City personnel, community leaders, school district personnel, etc., to <br /> gain valuable perspective regarding needs, issues, expectations, constraints and <br /> current conditions and opportunities. <br /> . City website: All meeting information and materials will be available "on-line" <br /> and City staff will encourage participants to provide the City with their e-mail <br /> addresses in order to keep them informed of the progress and upcoming meetings <br /> and events. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council confirm the membership of the Alviso Adobe <br /> Task Force. The first meeting is scheduled in fall 2014.
