They are on the area's <br /> - <br /> u, Regional Trail, and are on a regional bus route. <br /> Both parks are located on First Street, on each <br /> side of Neal Street, and have a combined area of <br /> approximately 3 acres. Generally flat, with large <br /> lawn areas, they contain a few structures: the <br /> r. ` - Firehouse Arts Center, the Ice House, and the Chan <br /> Henderson Bandstand in Lions Wayside Park, the <br /> j`� public restroom building in Delucchi Park, and bus <br /> shelters on each side of Neal Street.
