MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> September 16, 2014 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Cook-Kallio <br /> led the Pledge of Allegiance provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thome <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Lowell reported the Council met in Closed Session with labor negotiators to discuss <br /> negotiations with the International Association of Firefighters Local 1974 and the Pleasanton Police <br /> Officers Association. No reportable action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular and special meeting minutes of August 19, 2014 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute quitclaim of rights of way and a public <br /> service easement and accepted rights of way at the Essex Gibraltar Site, generally located at <br /> northwest corner of the Gibraltar and Hacienda intersection <br /> Economic Development <br /> 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 14-709 accepting the Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Business Improvement District Advisory Board 2014 Annual Report and 2015 Budget, and setting <br /> the public hearing date for October 21, 2014 to consider the levy of the annual assessment for <br /> 2015 <br /> Operations Services <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the execution of the Tri-Valley Intergovernmental Reciprocal Services <br /> Master Agreement with the Cities of Dublin, Livermore, Dublin San Ramon Services District and <br /> Zone 7 to create a Cooperative Materials and Personnel on a Task-by-Task Basis <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Brown to approve Consent Calendar as submitted. Motion carried <br /> by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br />
