~ OF <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO./~ <br /> TOWN <br />RESOLUTION OF THE ~ COUNCIL OF TH, E <br /> <br />PLEASAI~OIi <br /> <br />ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVIN$ <br /> <br />MEMORAEDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF <br /> <br />CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE <br /> <br />WHEREA~, a Memorandum of Agreement has been presented <br /> <br />to be entered into with the State of California in accord- <br /> <br />ante with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 <br /> <br />cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1959 allocated for <br /> <br />Btre~ts of Major Importance other than State highways in <br /> Tol~ <br />the ~ of PLEASAMTON and <br /> <br /> WHEP~, the ~ Council has heard read said Agree- <br /> <br />ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, <br /> <br /> THEP~OBE, be it resolved by the IX~ Council of the <br /> Town <br />~ of PLEASAN~ON that said project statement <br /> <br />be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex- <br />penditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for Streets <br /> <br />of Major Importance other than State highways, and said <br /> <br />Agreement be and the s~e is hereby approved and the Mayor <br /> To~ <br />and~ Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of <br /> <br />said ~, said Agreement to be binding ~on the~ upon <br /> <br />its execution by the authorized officials of the Btate.
