CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 934 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 27 ACRES OF LAND OWNED BY AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS LOCATED JUST EAST OF THE EXISTING TERMINUS OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD FROM THE R-1-6500 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #208) AND APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 27 acres of land owned by Amador Valley Investors located just east of the existing terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard, north of the Arroyo Mocho, from the R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Devel- opment/Medium Density Residential) District as shown on the Zoning Unit Map #208, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and approves the devel- opment plan for the property for a l13-1ot single family residential subdivision, subject to all conditions set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 208, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated May 27, 1980, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 27, 1980.
