f. The property owner shall designate a noise disturbance coordinator who will <br />be responsible for responding to complaints about noise during <br />construction. The telephone number of the noise disturbance coordinator <br />shall be conspicuously posted at the construction site and shall be provided to <br />the Director of Community Development. <br />g. Additional best management practices may be required by the Building and <br />Safety Division and /or City Engineer. All additional best management <br />practices shall be reviewed and approved by the Building and Safety <br />Division and /or City Engineer, prior to implementation. <br />91. In accordance with measure TR -5.1, no buildings shall be located within 32 -feet <br />of the northern property line. <br />92. In accordance with measure TR -7.1, the project site shall include a minimum of <br />two points of emergency vehicle access consistent with the City of <br />Pleasanton's Circulation Element (Policy 5, Program 5.2). The location and the <br />design of the emergency vehicle access and gate and lock shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the Fire Marshal, Director of Community Development, <br />and City Engineer. <br />93. In accordance with measure TR -9.1, the project shall include acceptable on -site <br />bicycle and pedestrian facilities, including access to Stoneridge Drive. The <br />bicycle and pedestrian connections shall be shown on the building permit plan <br />set submitted to the Director of Community Development for review and approval <br />before issuance of building permit. <br />94. In accordance with measure TR -12.1, prior to the issuance of final improvement <br />plans or grading permits, the project developer shall develop and provide a <br />construction access plan to be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />This plan will include, at a minimum, the following construction traffic <br />management strategies for each phase of development: <br />a. Using El Charro Road for construction related access for all phases of <br />development, to the maximum extent feasible, rather than Stoneridge Drive. <br />b. A set of comprehensive traffic control measures, including the scheduling of <br />major truck trips and deliveries to avoid peak traffic hours, detour signs and <br />flag persons if required, lane closure procedures, signs, cones for drivers, and <br />designated construction access routes. In addition, the information will <br />include a construction staging plan for any public right of way used of each <br />phase of the proposed project. <br />c. Provisions of parking management and spaces for all construction workers for <br />each phase of construction. <br />d. Notification procedures for adjacent property owners regarding when major <br />deliveries, detours, and lane closures will occur. <br />e.
