Pleasanton Housing Element Stakeholder Meetings <br />Pleasanton's housing market is highly desirable. Some of the for -profit developers in attendance <br />would like to see more development certainty in their projects and a more streamlined review <br />process in terms of concurrent reviews. In terms of opportunities, the City should continue to <br />provide as many incentives as possible to entice affordable housing developers and bank what <br />little funding the City has into housing for the City's workforce through rental and some <br />ownership opportunities. <br />7 <br />
