Pleasanton Housing Element Stakeholder Meetings <br />Conclusion <br />Similar to the community workshop several themes and priorities were echoed by the <br />stakeholders during this meeting. There was consensus that the city has been very successful <br />with senior housing projects throughout the community and now it is time to tackle other <br />housing groups like special needs households including housing for persons with developmental <br />disabilities and the City's current workforce. In terms of opportunities and priorities the City <br />should provide as many incentives as possible to partner with developers who provide housing <br />for residents to age in place as well as housing for persons with developmental disabilities. <br />4 <br />
