-- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 931 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-5.35 (BASIC REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR ALL DISTRICTS) OF ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 2, AND SECTION <br /> 2-3.38 (SUBDIVISION STANDARDS - REQUIREMENTS) OF ARTICLE <br /> 7, CHAPTER 1, OF TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 2-5.35 ( Basic Requirements for All Districts) of <br /> Article 3, (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space and Screening and <br /> Landscaping Regulations), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and <br /> Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Section 2-5.35 shall be renumbered Section 2-5.35(a). <br /> <br /> (b) The zoning schedule contained.in Section 2-5.35 shall <br /> be amended by deleting the words "Article 13 - See <br /> requirements for zoning districts to which 'PUD' dis- <br /> _ trict is to be reclassified" found in the 'PUD' portion <br /> of the schedule and by adding the following in its place: <br /> <br /> "See Section 2-5.35(b)." <br /> <br /> (c) A new subsection shall be added to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 2-5.35(b) Modifications to the Basic Requirements <br /> of PUD, C, 0 and I' Districts. <br /> <br /> (1) For properties zoned PUD, the basic site requirements <br /> shall be established in conjunction with the approval <br /> of the final development plan as set forth in Article <br /> 14. <br /> <br /> (2) Properties in the C, O, and I Districts may be <br /> subdivided for purposes of lease, sale or finance <br /> without regard to the basic site requirements for <br /> t'he applicable district when all of the following <br /> are met: <br /> <br /> (a) the property either has been developed pre-. <br /> viously or has had project approval granted <br /> by the City; <br /> <br /> (b) the development as built or as approved meets <br />- the basic requirements of Article 3, (Site, <br /> Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space and Screening <br /> and Landscaping Regulations), Article 16 (Off- <br /> Street Parking Facilities)~and Article 17 (Off- <br /> Street Loading Facilities) as required by the <br /> applicable zoning district or as modified by <br /> appropriate City action; <br /> /// <br /> <br /> <br />
