The CC&Rs <br /> covering Lots 1 through 8 shall include this statement in their wording. <br /> g. Roof drains for all existing and future primary and accessory structures on <br /> Lots 1 through 8 shall be connected to the development's storm drain <br /> system. The project developer shall submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP) for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to issuance of <br /> building or grading permits. Failure to comply with the approved construction <br /> SWPPP may result in the issuance of correction notices, citations or stop work <br /> order. The following construction Best Management Practices (BMPs), as well <br /> as any other applicable measure, shall be included in the SWPPP and <br /> implemented as approved by the City. <br /> 105. The project developer and the homeowner after building occupancy is <br /> responsible for implementing the following measures during all construction <br /> phases of the project and the lots covered by this approval: <br /> a. The project developer shall include erosion controVstor m water quality <br /> measures on the final grading plan which shall specifically address <br /> measures to prevent soil, dirt, and debris from entering the storm drain <br /> system. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, <br /> hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are subject <br /> to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Chief Building <br /> Official as applicable. The project developer is responsible for ensuring <br /> that their contractors and sub-contractors are aware of and implement <br /> these measures. <br /> b. All graded lots shall be revegetated and stabilized after completion of <br /> grading, but in no case later than October 15t. The hydroseed mixture <br /> shall consist of the following species and rate-of-cover: crimson clover <br /> (20.0 lbs/acre), Califomia poppy (3.0 lbs/acre), valley lupine (5.0 lbs/acre), <br /> farewell-to-spring (2.0 lbs/acre), and African daisy (2.0 lbs/acre).
