The proposal would amend the General Plan designation of the subject <br /> site from Medium Density Residential to Retail, Highway, and Service Commercial; Business <br /> and Professional Offices to expand the permitted use of an existing home from residential only <br /> to residential, limited commercial, personal service, and/or office uses, as listed above and as <br /> shown in Exhibit A.
