CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 930 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING THOSE SITES LOCATED ON THE NORTH <br /> SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTIPLE RESI- <br /> DENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THOSE ZONING DISTRICTS UNDER WHICH <br /> THE SITES WERE DEVELOPED (ZONING UNIT MAP #206) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Rezones certain parcels of land located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) <br />District to those zoning districts under which the sites were <br />developed including the following locations and as further des- <br />cribed on Exhibit A attached hereto: <br /> <br /> 3767 Vineyard Ave., Wisteria Lane Apts. - RM-4000 to Rbl,2500; <br /> 3819 Vineyard Ave., Pleasanton Greens Apts. - RM-4000 to RM-2500; <br /> 3955 Vineyard Ave., Del Arroyo Apts. - RM-4000 to PUD High Density <br /> Residential (23 to 25 units per acre); <br /> 4095 Vineyard Ave., Vintage Townhouse - RM-4000 to RM-1500; <br /> 3969 Vineyard Ave., Del Arroyo Apts. - RM-4000 to RM-2500. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br />1960,'on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City <br />into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 206, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated April 22, 1980, and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after <br />the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on March 25, 1980. <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on April 22,1980, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> NOES: None ~ <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers Kephart and Wood ~ <br /> <br /> ATTEST: TH R.
