No reportable action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho stated that Item 9 was continued to the May 20, 2014 meeting. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved the regular and special meeting minutes of April 15, 2014 <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Waived second reading and adopted Omnibus Ordinance No. 2093 amending the Municipal <br /> Code to: clarify Youth Commission compensation; set quorum for Housing Commission; add <br /> option for selection of professional services firms; define smoking to include e-cigarettes; prohibit <br /> commercial services in parks; clarify use of water service; allow liens for unpaid utility services; <br /> delete design review for rooftop solar; correct conditional uses in industrial park district <br /> City Council <br /> 3.
