CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 929 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 3 OF SECTION 2-9.16 <br /> (SCHEDULE OF OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS), <br /> ARTICLE 16 (OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES), CHAPTER 2 <br /> (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BY ADDING <br /> SUBPARAGRAPH "m" RELATING TO PARKING REQUIRE}~NTS FOR <br /> VETERINARIANS OFFICES AND SMALL ANI~IAL HOSPITALS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection 3 (Office, Commercial and Industrial Uses <br />NOT in the C-N or C-R Districts) of Section 2-9.16, Article 16, <br />Chapter 2, of TittelI of the'Pleasanton Ordinance Code is amended <br />by adding Subparagrap~ "m'~ to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "m. Veterinarians' Offices and small animal hospitals - <br /> one space for each 250 square feet of gross floor <br /> area. <br /> <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. Publication. This ordinance shall be published once <br />within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a <br />newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 26, 1980. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on March 11, 1980, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and <br /> Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None ~~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · ~ F~K C.
