MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> June 3, 2014 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Brown led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> Mayor Thome added that Zone 7 will be introducing legislation to raise water rates 15%, <br /> followed by a second reading on June 18, 2014.
