-- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 927 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.2 ACRES OF LAND LO- CATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BLACK AVENUE BETWEEN HARVEST ROAD AND CRESTLINE ROAD FROM THE RM-2500 (MULTIPLE RESI- DENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE RM-4000 (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #205) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 3.2 acres of land located on the north side of Black Avenue between Harvest Road and Crestline Road from the RM-2500 (Multiple Residential, 1 dwelling unit per 2500 square feet of site area) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential, 1 dwelling unit per 4000 square feet of site area) District, subject property further described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 205, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated February 26, 1980, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on February 11, 1980.
