PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Notices of these applications were sent to surrounding property owners and tenants <br /> within a 1,000-foot radius of the site. Staff has provided the location and noticing maps <br /> within the attached Planning Commission staff report (Exhibit D of Attachment 2) for <br /> reference. At the time this report was published, staff had not received public <br /> comments regarding these applications. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> The environmental effects of the project were reviewed at the PUD stage and a <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted pursuant to California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA). As the physical environment has not significantly changed since <br /> that time, and the Development Agreement to vest the entitlement for ten years does <br /> not modify the approved project, no further environmental document accompanies the <br /> consideration of this Development Agreement. [See §15162(a)] <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> This approval would not alter the obligations and responsibilities described in the <br /> original entitlements, which remain consistent with the current General Plan.
