EXHIBIT A <br /> REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGEMENT OF THE OAK TREE FARM <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> The undersigned, General Manager of the Oak Tree Farm geologic hazard <br /> abatement district ("GHAD"), has reviewed the report pursuant to Public <br /> Resources Code Section 26651.
