RESOLUTION NO. 14-696 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND LEVYING THE 2014-2015 <br /> ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1995-1 (MOLLER <br /> RANCH) <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 17, <br /> 2014, on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and <br /> Landscape District No. 1995-1 (Moller Ranch); and <br /> WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council hereby levies the 2014-2015 annual assessments in <br /> connection with Lighting and Landscape District No. 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), as described in the <br /> Engineer's Report. <br /> SECTION 3.
