BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOW~ COUNCIL 0P THE TO',!d~ OF PLEASAI~0N AS FOLLOWS: 1. That delivery to the Town of Pleasanton of that certain deed dated July. 6 ..., 1936, from CARRIE k. LEWIS, a widow, to the Town of Pleasant on, County of Alameda, State of California, to the T0~TN OF PLEASA~fTON, a municipal corporation, be and the same is hereby ac- cepted by the Town of Pleasanton, which said Deed conveys to the Town cf Pleasanton the following described real property, to-wit: BEGII~NING at a point on the Nmrtheastern line of County Road No. ~578, cg~onl~ known as Division Street, distant thereon North ¢1~ 45' ~est 564.87 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Northern line of St. Mary Street in the Town of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; thence continuing alon~ the said l¢ortheastern line of County Road No. ~578 North 41~ 45' West 9.0~ feet to the point of intersection thereof with the dividing line between that certain tract of land described in the deed from Elizabeth L. Lucas to C. S. Richards, dated August ~, 1935 and recorded September ~8, 1935 in Liber 3~40 of 0~ficial Records, at page 144, Records of Alameda County, California, and that certain tract of land hereinafter referred to; thence leav- ing said County Road No. ~598 and running alon~ the said dividing line North 48° 00' East 54.00 feet; thence leaving said dividing line South 58° ~4' East 85.96 feet; thence South ~6° ~9' East 58.56 feet; thence South 13° 31' West ~.08 feet; thence South 89° lB' West ~2.93 feet; thence North 68° 4~' ~,~es~ 111.89 feet to the point of beginning. BEING a portion of that certain tract of land third- ly described in the Decree of Distribution of the Estate of Joseph Lewis, deceased, to Carrie A. Lewis, a widow, dated April ~, 1931 and recorded April 2&, 1931 in Liber ~5~ of Official Records, at page 3~3, Records of Alameda County, California. That the Town Attorney of the Town of Pleasant on be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to have said Deed recorded on be- half of the Town of Pleasanton in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda, State of California.
