Lewis, a widow, dated April 22, 1931 and recorded April 24, 1931 in Liber. 2573 of Official Records, at page 323, Records of Alameda County, California, and that certain tract of land hereinafter referred to, with the liortheastern line of County Road No. 2578, e~monly known as Division Street, in the Town of Pleasanton, ~tlameda County, California, said point of beginning being distant along the said Northeastern line of County Road No. 2578 North 41° 45' West 573.90 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Northern line of St. i~lary Street in said Town of Pleasanton; thence continuing along the said Northeastern line of County Road No. 2578 l~orth 41o 45' ~¥est 332.92 feet to an angle therein; -1 -
