MINUTES 04 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING <br /> May 20, 2014 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Hosterman called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Board members Brown, Cook-Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Chair Thorne <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 1. Approved Meeting Minutes of June 18, 2013 <br /> 2. Public Hearing: Adopted Resolution No(s). GHAD 14-065, a Resolution declaring the <br /> Board's intention to approve assessments within the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard <br /> Abatement District; GHAD 14-066, a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve <br /> assessments within the Lemoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District; <br /> GHAD 14-067, a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments <br /> within Oak Tree Farm the Geologic Hazard Abatement District; GHAD 14-068, a <br /> Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Laurel Creek <br /> Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District and set June 17, 2014, as the date for the <br /> public hearings to hear protests concerning the proposed assessments for the cost to <br /> maintain and operate the Districts <br /> Motion: It was m/s by McGovern/Cook-Kallio to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> recommended.
