Mr. Bocian noted that with Option 2 staff had looked at what other facilities might be built in the <br /> area when considering this as a possible site. Commissioner Hott le asked whether getting a <br /> dog park near the trail would affect viewing of wildlife in the area. He discussed the possibility <br /> of modifying this Option. Commissioner Wahl wanted to be sure the Commission was allowed <br /> some flexibility in redesign. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Streng, seconded by Commissioner Hott le, directing <br /> staff to look at Option lA as a suitable location for placement of a dog park with full <br /> consideration being given to all of the comments made by Commissioners. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Balch, Hottle, Streng, Wahl and Chairperson Kinzer. <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> May 8, 2014 <br /> Page 4 <br />
